Originally known as “McLellan Estate Co.,” the company began as a farming concern on the San Francisco Peninsula. In the ensuing years, The McLellan Company established a regional presence as it ventured into real estate sales, development and investment. The McLellan Company’s professional and talented team is headquartered in Belmont, California.

The McLellan Company’s diverse portfolio currently includes holdings in California, Oregon, Idaho & Utah. Although the company’s investment objectives are focused on light-industrial assets, the portfolio also includes multi-family, retail and office properties.
